4. Ordering & Pricing

5. Delivery Policy

- Standard delivery: 1-2 hours, subject to demand
- Free delivery on orders above ₹500
- Someone must be available to receive the order
- Not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses
6. Returns & Refunds
- Report issues within 24 hours with photo evidence
- Damaged/expired/wrong items eligible for full refund
- Refunds processed within 24-48 hours of approval
- Online refunds: 5-7 business days; COD: Grocesta wallet
7. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Use the service for unlawful purposes
- Place fake orders or provide false information
- Abuse or harass our delivery partners or staff
- Hack, scrape, or interfere with our platform
- Copy or distribute our content without permission
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Grocesta — logos, text, images, software — is our property and protected by Indian IP laws. No reproduction without written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Grocesta shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
